The other night there was this vampire-related movie on called Queen of the Damned. It had that R&B singer Aaliyah in it. It's going to sound strange, but it is about a vampire-turned-rockstar named Lestat whose music awakens the Queen of the Damned, played by Aaliyah. I hear it's good, but I never seen it. Now one vampire movie I will watch repeatedly is Dracula 2000. This movie has Gerard Butler playing Dracula and might I say he is a huge megahottie! He can bite me anywhere, anytime! This is one of my favorite vampire movies. He's a really hot Dracula, personally.
Jaggerfan, About that movie you were watching "Queen of the Damned" I'm not exactly sure because I haven't seen it but I think its based on the novel Queen of the Damned by Anne Rice. Its in a whole series of books so if you are interested in vampires you should read the series.
Oh man, I'm sorry! I think you're right, I think it is based on the Anne Rice novels. My destination this weekend-- to go to Half Price Books over in Kenwood and buy some of her books! I'm in desperate need of reading material! I have pretty much read everythign I own and have even started reading books my dad owns! From what I hear, Anne Rice stories are romantic, vampire, related stories and that is some good reading to me!
